acceptable stay with some drawbacks

the hotel runs a free bus to the marina several times a day which was convenient.
The towels provided in the room didn't dry me very well. It reminded me of sparse supplies were provided. also, the shower head didn't fit the wall attachment, so it kept moving during use. it made showering more difficult than it needed to be.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. I appreciated that. The grounds were well maintained. The free shuttle to the beach and marina was convenient.

The hotel is within a reasonable distance of the marina. A shuttle bus provided convenient access three times a day. A walk through a park leads to Vilamoura Marina, taking approximately 20 minutes.

The restaurant offered good value, with reasonable prices. The bar was well-stocked with drinks, ice cream, and coffee. The restaurant features a varied menu! and provided acceptable food

The pool had plenty of space and sunbeds available. The grounds included a bar and a snack bar next to the pool, really useful! The WiFi connection was excellent throughout the resort.

The reception team was very helpful. The staff were attentive. I was really grateful. Cleaning service happened multiple times , replacing towels and linen.

The towels really were thin, i mean, they'd seen better days. changing them every second day wasnt ideal. the shower curtain kept falling down. Fixing it was a pain, and the town? nothing really around the hotel except houses and golf courses. it meant a walk, and i hate walking.

stale smokefirm bed
the room reeked of stale smoke i suspect previous guests ignored the no-smoking policy this was especially unpleasant as i have asthma the smell lingered despite opening windows the bathroom fan didn't work and made the air even worse. this really interfered with my sleep.

The balcony was very spacious. It was a nice addition to the room. i found the staff helpful, they assisted with all my questions. the kitchen was well-equipped, nice for convenient meal preparation .

The room offered a walk-in shower. This was very convenient and spacious. two separate sinks were included. It helped with getting ready quickly. external blinds ensured full darkness. This was great for sleeping in.

The hotel provides a free bus. This runs to the marina three times daily. a shop is located up the road. It offers bits and pieces needed . there is music on monday, wednesday, friday and sunday.

The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. happy hour is available from 5 pm to 7 pm, with good deals. the bar service was perfect. The waiters were very kind and the food was tasty.

I stayed in a standard studio. It was quite spacious and clean! the balcony was also large. i found the studio well-equipped. It even had washing up liquid and a sponge
The towels were rather thin and small. They definitely looked old.

The staff members were always friendly and helpful, THAT was nice. The apartment included a well-equipped kitchen. The shuttle bus service to the marina was convenient.
The food selection was limited. The pool area needed better maintenance, it was dirty. The walk to the marina took about 25 minutes, quite a trek.
